If your barcode scanner does not work with Quick Scan, it must be the barcode scanner not configured properly.
Please follow these steps to check:
1. Open Notes/Notepad on your Mac/laptop.
2. Scan any physical barcode using your scanner.
3. Does the barcode input in the notes/Notepad.
4. If not, you will need to configure your barcode scanner with your Mac/laptop.
If yes, then the barcode scanner should be compatible with Quick Scan
